1. Register and create your Seller Account

What do you need to complete the registration?

  • Cameral Certification (Visura Camerale) of the company emitted in less than six months
  • Identity document and fiscal code of the administrator or legal company agent
  • Banking data of the company and credit card
  • Contact informations of the firm

2. Load your inventory

Upload your inventory has never been this easy:

  • Select the EAN (bar code) of the products you want to sell
  • Create the offers inserting price, quantity and shipment time
  • Publish the offers

3. Run your orders and deliver your products

Run your orders:

  • Prepare the product for the delivery
  • Send the order and provide to the costumer the tracking

4. Receive your payment

What’s Marketplace?
Is the virtual place that ePRICE makes available to professional sellers to present and sell their own products. Discover the showcase that ePRICE reserves to its sellers.
How can I sign up?
Access to the portal of Onboarding and complete your online registration. You will need the updated company Cameral Certification within reach, the identity document and fiscal code of the legal agent or firm administrator.
Which management tools do I dispose of?
Your shop will be completely led with a unique and simple dedicated platform, from which you will be able to handle offers, products, orders and messages. You will also run all the selling statistics, useful to supervise the progress of your activity and increase your sales. Also, you are going to use dedicated features that will allow you to integrate your managerial systems and automate the management of your shop. You will always have the chance to contact us, whether you needed assistance.
How are products loaded?
You will be able to load your products with the practical web interface or with the automatic procedures. All the informations and instructions will be available inside the reserved area for the sellers and in the user manual.
Are there items that I can’t sell?
On ePRICE you will be able to sell a big variety of products, except for those inside the listing of non-allowed products or in the categories not yet launched on ePRICE.
Can I integrate the service with my site?
Yes. With our platform you will be able to integrate through API our services with your informatic systems, in order to manage sales and shipments easily, without wasting time. Look up to the listing of yet integrated platforms!
How much does it costs to sell on ePRICE?
To open up a shop the price is of €29.00 (VAT excluded) per month, but you will start to pay only from the fourth month. In fact, the first three months are free. Placing your inventory on sale, or uploading new products in the ePRICE catalogue is free. You will pay only a commission variable from 5% and 8% on the transaction, depending on the merceological category of every sold product.
How do payments take place?
A service of dedicated payment will provide to the encashment of the translated basis in a secure way. Periodically you will receive the amount you deserve for the completed transactions directly on your bank account.
How can I be secure on having a good visibility in the ePRICE Marketplace?
In the Marketplace are worth for all the sellers the same opportunities and the same rules: products of quality and pleased clients will be the measure of your success. Parameters like the ability to manage orders, the assistance to the buyers or the promptness with the delivering, will define the level of satisfaction of the costumers who bought from you. Hence, the better your performance, the better your trustworthyness on the platform and therefore your visibility.

If I don’t want to sell any more on ePRICE, what do I do?
You will be able to cancel your subscription any time you would like to without any temporal constraint. Remember that in any case, for any problem, you could contact us and we will help you resolve it.

Programma di Protezione Clienti

ePRICE non è direttamente responsabile del comportamento dei venditori del Marketplace, ma il contratto stipulato in fase di iscrizione contiene obblighi e diritti, che tutelano in ogni momento il consumatore finale.

Qualora insorgessero difficoltà con un Venditore del Marketplace ePRICE ha messo a punto il Programma di Protezione Clienti.

Il Programma di Protezione Clienti ti protegge nei seguenti casi:

  1. Prodotto non ricevuto
  2. Ricezione di prodotti errati/difettosi/danneggiati
  3. Problemi relativi al reso o al rimborso

Ecco come fare per usufruirne:

Se non hai ricevuto il prodotto:

  1. Utilizza la funzione "Contatta il Venditore" all'interno del dettaglio ordine. Se il problema non si risolve e non ricevi il rimborso puoi usufruire gratuitamente del Programma di Protezione Clienti
  2. Per farlo, utilizza la funzione "Invia un reclamo", sempre presente all'interno del dettaglio ordine
  3. Un addetto del Programma di Protezione Clienti provvederà a richiedere maggiori informazioni al venditore per aiutarti in una veloce risoluzione del problema.

Se hai ricevuto prodotti errati/difettosi/danneggiati o hai problemi con un reso/rimborso:

  1. Assicurati di aver contattato prima il Venditore utilizzando la funzione "Richiedi Reso" all'interno del dettaglio ordine.
  2. Rispondi ad eventuali domande del venditore direttamente tramite la messaggistica sull'ordine e se necessario segui le relative istruzioni
  3. Se il problema non si è risolto, oppure non hai ricevuto il rimborso, puoi usufruire gratuitamente del Programma di Protezione Clienti
  4. Per farlo, utilizza la funzione "Invia un reclamo", sempre presente all'interno del dettaglio ordine
  5. Un addetto del Programma di Protezione Clienti provvederà a richiedere maggiori informazioni al venditore per aiutarti in una veloce risoluzione del problema.

Ricorda che il Programma non è indicato per l'esercizio del Diritto di recesso. Se intendi restituire un prodotto sei tenuto a informare il venditore della tua decisione entro 14 giorni dalla consegna della merce tramite una dichiarazione esplicita (ad esempio lettera inviata per posta, fax o posta elettronica) oppure puoi utilizzare la funzione Richiedi reso, disponibile nella pagina di dettaglio ordine nella tua Area Personale, scegliendo come motivazione Diritto di recesso.
